If you are experiencing any problems with the sound or video and will like us to remotely help you, please give us a call by clicking in the google gizmo to the top right of the screen where it says call me. Enter your phone number and activate the call. The gizmo will call you on the phone number you entered and will then call us. We will then be connected by phone. This remote button (Remote Support) at the top of this message ,temporarily allows us with your permission and a password given by you to further assist you if you are stuck. No program will be installed to your computer. This is just for remote assistance. Click RUN at the prompt
