Harry J. Riley was born and raised in South Carolina.  He accepted Jesus as his Lord and savior in June of 1987 at World Changers Ministries now known as World Changers Church International (WCCI).  During his twelve year tenure at WCCI, Pastor Riley served as general manager, overseeing several departments within the church.  He served as supervisor of the prayer room for many years where he led thousands to Christ!  He was also chairman of Board of Deacons. Pastor Riley has committed his life to obeying the call God has placed on every born again believer:  “to win souls for the kingdom of God.”

Pastor Riley completed many Christian education-training classes at WCCI.  He later enrolled in the School of Ministry and graduated in 1994.  In 1997, he founded Lakewin Inc as an Outreach Ministry.

LAKEWIN CHRISTIAN CENTER

 

On May 2, 1999, Pastor Riley held the first service for Lakewin Christian Center Incorporated (LCCI) at the Paradise Lakes Conference Center in Riverdale Georgia.  He is the founder and senior pastor of LCCI. In January of 2000, the church relocated to its present location at 6449 Church Street, here in Riverdale.  God continuously pour out his anointing each week through Pastor Riley as he teaches of the Word of God.  The ministry continues to thrive as the vision to win souls to Christ through displaying the love of God continually manifest!  Ecclesiastes 12:13 sums up his beliefs.  “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:  Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.” 

Pastor Riley is a Chaplin for the Riverdale Police Department and President of the Association of Ministers of Clayton County (ACMCC).  He is also co-owner of Integrity Insurance Agency in Riverdale, Georgia.

Pastor Riley is married to Kay Parham Riley.  Pastor Kay assists her husband in serving LCCI as Assistant Pastor and chief financial officer.  Pastor Riley is the father of three sons and a daughter.  He also has sixteen grandchildren.
